Return Process

  Ensure the garment is in its original condition, unwashed and with all brand tags attached, to qualify for a successful exchange process.

  Package and Ship

  Securely pack the item in its original packaging and send it back to our central warehouse via a traceable courier service at your convenience.

  Processing & Resolution

  Once our team receives and verifies the returned product, we will issue a digital coupon code or process your exchange within 5-7 working days.
